pretty simple the tune sucks id suggest changing some some of the trans tune and maybe shift sooner. mine shifts sooner from the tep valvebody. also id highly recomend a transgo shift kit and fuel pump rewire if you have neither both are fairly cheap and forsure worth doing.

even on pump gas and 3.4 my car ripps pretty good with the s1x...

Seems like my topswapped 04 with a 3.5 is just about as fast as your set up. I would look at a new tune, definitely should be faster than that

you guys think a tune would make that much a difference on the car? I know a proper tune can be good but can it be night and day like that?

Definitely. I'm not going to bash anyone's tune, because that's not what I'm about, but a vehicle that's running too rich won't get all the power out of the fuel. A vehicle that is too lean won't have enough fuel to make power. Spark occurrence has a huge impact on power as well. Canned tunes typically err on the side of too rich and not enough timing. While this saves your vehicle from grenading, it certainly doesn't help power output.

His scans show 17* with no KR.

Commanded AFR is 11.2. Not too rich.

An 04+ is at the limits of flow on the stock MAF and stock injectors with cam and 3.4.

Erich, do you have any scans? I hate hearing someone being that unhappy with their car with one of my tunes

makes me sad people arent happy with s1x and even 3.4 on pump gas....... trans tunes and triple edge valvebodies..........you both need them!!

i love the setup i have and ive said since day 1 of owning the car the transmission makes the whole setup. the out come is not a matter of 1 or 2 parts the trans makes its a well rounded simple package and ive been all smiles since day 1 driving it home from ohio all the while breaking sh1t...... still doesnt bother me.....

Now that makes a good sales person.

Talk to Will, I'm sure he'll have no problem fixing your issue.

My old car seemed like it was faster than that.

I have ordered a trans go, fp rewire and egr delete so ill do those next. @ Will ive seen vids of the 04 with a s1x and no tune running way harder than what mine does. Not sure if its the tune or something else and that's what im trying to figure out.

It should be faster, no doubt. You don't have any KR issues from your videos, what your true AFR coming out the tailpipe is is the most important item. Need a wideband to diagnose that.

im taking it to a dyno tomorrow and he is hooking up a o2 scanner. Will that give me the numbers I need? And the MAF is on the right side of the tube with the arrow on the housing on the top.

Its not a shifting problem I agree. Its not pulling as hard as it should.

If they have a wideband O2, yes it will!

What direction does the electrical connector face on the MAF?
