GM part is 24508742. The harness that goes from the boost control solenoid, to the fpr, to under the supercharger snout, then around back to the map sensor.

My rubber T under the supercharger snout has disintegrated. Local dealer wants $50 for this assembly and they don't even have it in stock. I've seen it cheaper online, but not by much.

Can't find any rubber tees in stores, just plastic/metal. I've seen references to a thread where someone lists materials to build this harness from standard parts, but I can't find the thread. Anybody know where that thread is, or knows the sizes of vac line and fittings I'd need? I can measure everything after work tonight, but it would be faster if I could just go straight to an auto parts store after work.

I built. You'll only need a couple of plastic t's. The one under the snout has a hose size of 1/4" into LIM and then I think you want the reduced sizes coming off the sides for the smaller fittings on the accessories like the FPR
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

I found it difficult to "get it right" with 3rd party applications...

I bought the line you are speaking of from a dealer website for about $40...

The other line that goes from your EVAP solenoid to the TB would be a good replacement as well (if TB end is crunchy) and is about $15...

Trying to find "reducers" or rubber "T's" was what I found difficult...

Expect to pay about $75 bucks to "get it right"...(Both lines)

Thanks to spazz for this link --

    Hope this helps your decision...

I "rebuilt" mine in the parking lot of an autozone. I also had a hard time with the changing sizes. I never really looked for a link but I am definitely considering just buying it from a dealer just to get it done right. Also, I'd keep an eye out for a set at the junkyard, you could get lucky.
