For those that don't know I blew up my engine about 2 weeks ago driving down the freeway wasn't in boost it just blew a piston on cylinder 6.

Cause was a lifter that caused the pushrod to bend which in turn the valve hit the piston and shattered it completely. Had a lifter tick but never got around to it. Was waiting to get some parts in to add the 130 springs and double roller.

Mods that where on the 40th.
    Vs cam
Ported heads by me not a pro but did notice a great improvement.
    90 springs
    L67 block
    Gen v
    2.8 pulley
    N* setup
Zzp old school full stack phenolic ic
    ls7 lifters
Ported lim matched to the heads
    8 rib setup
60 pound injectors was currently running 91 oct
prj wires and fp rewire and aem e85 pump
    autolites 104s
    Slp headers
    Borla catback
polyurethane mounts everywhere with shorter dog bones
Built trans with a 3.29 setup.

The Damage. Took it apart the next day in my front lawn.

went to san francisco to pick up a l36 for free. Took it all apart to Clean it and swap the parts. Still in progress need to get the gaskets for the block. Only thing new for the l36 is the 130 springs, double roller and machined cover, l32 valves, slp 1.8 rockers to help my top end and tune for e85 with the higher compression on a 2.55 pulley. Also new ls7 lifters and welding silencer ports on the gen v.

The l36 block and taking it apart for the rebuild.

Dropped off the heads saturday. Finished porting the new head, new valve job getting done, resurfaced, 130 springs, and valve guides getting machined down .100 to allow for the slp 1.8 rockers.

Also new set of rims going on the 40th. Bonneville gxp 18x8 51mm offset. They are pretty much new they were refinished. Will be adding fender flares and a sd lip as well as the brembo cts v brakes all waiting in the garage ready to go on.

Quick little update. Slp 1.8 rockers added to the heads with 130 springs. Double roller added as well with machined cover. Front cover is installed hopefully by this week the heads are bolted on.
Will be adding a air temp sensor to read the outlet temps of the blower.

It is a Lincoln Blackwood really nice truck it was like a special edition kinda thing back in 2001 I believe only came out that year in a limited quantity. It is what I use to tow all my cars and had never given me a issue besides 1 air bag that had a puncture when purchased for the suspension.

Thanks! Keep in mind this is my small build.

This is my money killer. As soon as I am done with the 40th the gtx project is on. Currently working on a custom bar and plate intercooler for it.
It was a quick mock up to see how high of a ic I can get away with, with a sd hood on.

Why so much hate Blueguy? I was just thinking of that other Whipple car that seems to exist in my neck of the woods... In other news, if that Whipple doesn't work out for you, you can just box it up and send it my way

Subbed for the madness that is to come...

    **** that.

    Biggest waste of money ever.

If you'd like, you can send Gr8racingfool over $2,000.00 USD and he can fab one up for you.

Which then I'd just straight laugh at you, Joejoe.
I dont want to give a exact price but let's just say I got one heck of a deal I couldn't pass up. With a built and balanced block and transmission. All for less of what a turbo kit would cost you even the cheapest one.
