Well I got the bracket and I got the bypass pulley.
I go to put it all on and guess what I find. One of the 2 bolts that holds the bracket 2 the block snapped inside the block. What do i do!!?
I have a cherry picker and a engine support bar.
I'm thinking I take the wheel off then take off the nuts holding the struts at the top. remove down pipe and lower evereverytging till I can get to it through the wheel well
Screw extractors maybe. I would try to lower just the front of the subframe as far as you can see if it gives you enough room.

x2 on the bolt extractors and maybe a right angle drill will work
Only took about 45 minutes to lower everything and remove bolt... All done.
