I just had mine done by reptile. It looks great, I have not been able to install it yet.

do it yourself. die grinder, get one. that way it is free, and free is always good.

I got Trannymans (Triple Edge Performance) and been running it for a couple years, works great for me.

    Reptile does good work too...

Trannyman95 or Reptile would be the guys to talk to if you arent going to do it yourself.
im in the process of doing my own job on an extra blower case and TB i picked up.

    For what its worth.
a ported blower on an otherwise stock car(stock intake/exhaust/pulley) will have little effect other than killing boost.

could anyone possibly post up a quick how-to on porting out the supercharger housing? Just something quick and dirty like the tools and the proper steps to take.

to really get rid of material, youre going to need something beefy.

air tools will come in really handy. lucky enough for me my dad has a cnc lathe and we just tossed it in there and it made it really easy. ported in 15 minutes.

anyone know if an electric die grinder will have the power to port? i dont wanna buy an air compressor... and found out they make some electric die grinders. was going to make a thread asking. but figured this would be the place. and also would it be ok to port one part at a time and drive it like that for a few days till time enough to port the next? and if he was looking into porting his stuff himself it'd be good info for him too

there are people that do it with dremels, but its hella easier with some carbide bits and the like.

i think you could get away with an electric one..but its going to take longer.

If you port a little at a time and drive it in between, you're going to go through a lot of gaskets.

so porting the TB one day, then the blower another would be a bad idea?and you know an estimated time it'd take to port them? (not including the time to take them out) i only asked the first part because i really have no idea how long it'd take. i figured the TB would be pretty quick. not sure about the blower.

you can port the blower case one day and then the TB the next. you have to completely disassemble the blower to port the case though, so take that into consideration.

should take you a few hours to port the blower case and another couple to do your TB. be prepared to break through and have to patch up the TB. it is not a possibility, it's a certainty.
