I recently finished an phenolic intercooler install on a 02 gtp and the car seems low on boost. before the intercooler I had a 3.4 pulley an it made around 7psi in this very bad air we have in Tucson (made 10 in the winter and had noticeably more power). upon completion of the intercooler I took it out with the 3.4 still on and only had between 4 and 5 psi so I checked and rechecked for a vacuum/boost leak and could not find a thing, fuel trims looked good as well so I put on my 3.25 pulley and now I'm seeing 6-6.5 psi. belt doesn't seem to be slipping, no knock nothing seems wrong outside of the boost and power level I feel it should be at. Is it just the air is that bad?
