under drive pullies

Does anyone run any underdrive pullies? I'm thinking of getting a water pump and alternator underdrive pulley to run with a 3.4 Think that will work?

I'm running a wp ud pulley just because it was super cheap

nope runs fine with it. I didn't notice any performance out of it though.

Use the Oldsmobile Intreuge 3.5L water pump pulley. It's smaller and bolts right up, find one at the junk yard foe less that $5

**** me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty possitive an underdrive pulley is small and the overdrive is bigger. My harmonic balancer is overdrive and its 5% larger than the standard size one.

when you drop a pulley to make more boost............thus spin it faster........... you go smaller....... think bicycle. The smaller gear you choose the faster you can go..
little birdie also says bigger crank pulley = making your other pulleys go faster, but thats different because its not isolated, just a "chain reaction" because of the increase/decrease size of the belt.

Underdrive wp and alt pulleys are bigger thus making them turn slow underdriving it

FWIW you'll probably never notice a gain. The gains are that small.

Electric WP and A/C delete will reduce (some) drag on engine... UD/OD pulleys are a waste IMO.
