Well I've been a member on the site for a couple of years, but my Grand Prix was just a daily driver, so I didn't want to mod it too heavily. It is no longer the daily driver so I figured what the heck!

I'm on a tight budget so that will narrow down my options but that's OK for now.

Soo... To start, my car is an 05 GTP Comp-G. As of right now, car has a K&N filter, modded air box, cat removed and a custom tune by me. (I have HP Tuners and I have a tuning business but I specialize in LSx). First thing I'd like to mention is I have an E85 pump a 1/4 mile from my house , so I'm thinking I'd like to run E85. My question is, will the stock injectors and/or pump handle the extra flow I'll need? Secondly, if I go E85, I'd also like to install a smaller pulley, maybe 3.2?

    Injectors, no.

    Pump SHOULD.

Totally stock valvetrain with a stout dialed in tune and corn with exhaust works shouldn't have an issue running a 3.2"...just don't get pulley envy with it.

Ok. Thanks for the reply, what injectors do you recommend? And how big are the stock ones? And what pressure does the stock fuel system run at?

Also, I'm thinking about running the Pacesetter headers with the ZZP upgrade kit. Thoughts?

Not sure on the '04+ cars, but I thought the '97-03's sat around 45~ psi.

If you can, get a pump re-wire...again, with the returnless system the newer cars have, I haven't really looked into it.

Stock injectors I do know though are pretty lame on those cars, and run static pretty quick...I'd also recommend just picking up EBay stainless steel headers...I had pacesetter's for years...while good headers, they have larger primaries and they suck unless you hack up the downpipe and have literally everything welded shut.

I'd rather get the cheapo stainless EBay headers...and I had those as well after they were released...only thing those need is a modded downpipe to get rid of the gooseneck that hangs low...and a better flex pipe or delete the one they give you and just run a piece of straight pipe in there.

For E85 I would say 60# injectors. Not that I can speak, (or type), from experience but from the info I've learned from the forums. Most experienced members I have heard from say 60 or 85# injectors for E85. And since you have a CompG with the Gen V, I would think you may need a little more work done to run a 3.2" pulley but again, I don't have much experience especially with E85.
I have a 99 cammed GTP with a 3.4" pulley and headers. My pump we believe is bad so in a couple days that should be replaced and I should be good to go. If I have no knock I'm going to drop to a 3.2 and I only have the Gen 3 supercharger.
    Just my $.02 =)

What brand of eBay headers? I found the OBX headers but they claim only '97-'03... Idk, I might just get the Pacesetters, I like the big 1 3/4" primaries. If it's just leak problems, that's ok, I can modify them to not leak, but how about fitment? Any rubbing?

Wait for the SD Headers to come down in price and get those. They are artificially inflated right now, they usually sell for 240$ shipped. The only thing I don't like about them is this weird noise they make, as if there is an exhaust leak.. May only be my headers, but nonetheless.

Down side to the Speed Daddy headers is they only have 1 1/2" primaries. The power these little 3.8L engines are making on only 6 cylinders, they could definitely benefit from the bigger 1 3/4" primaries IMO
