    So this coming weekend im picking up a core and a buddy of mine is hooking me up with a heat exchanger. Just wondering what advice anyone would have when doing this. Mounting the heat exchanger running the lines for pump ect. thanks in advance

    Im in maryland too lol but as far as the mounting I used zipties for my install make sure you buy a bundle you never know you might need more than you think as far as the hoses I would mount them through the fenders spaces I did mine through the headlights and mine got pinch and I ended up replacing those hoses.. tighten the hose clamps real good or the coolant could leak.. the intercooler core I used grey RTV you might wanna look at machinegun's how to thread on installing a intercooler what type of pump do you have?

    Same core or not, it's generally all the same. I'd take of sc n lim n replace your gaskets there if you haven't already. Then throw the core on and plumbing from there, then take the bumper off n get the heat exchanger n pump situated. You'll have some fun getting the bumper off too if it's the first time it's coming off. At least I did. Good luck!
