Got it to run again. It sits at like 500 rpms as long as I hold about half throttle. Then after a minute of that it started to rev closer to 1k but the entire time it was super rough! Like the engine was jumping. It acted worse than my previous engine that had a blown piston 3. But this engine ran fine when I had the oil leak and I had the heads off before and the pistons/rings are fine..

There was pressure in the fuel rail. Spark plugs seem rather clean

run it again if you can for a minute, then pull the front plugs out see how they look, blackened, brown, white? wet or dry.

heres a shot in the dark, try the high speed relay by pass trick, it puts the pump in hi speed mode.

    try the relay trick yet?

and you really need to test your pressure at the rail, the tester is less then 20 bucks at the parts store, or they do the free rental deal for them too.

Harbor freight bro or go get a loan a tool from the parts store. Time to stop assuming and guessing and get things monitored to make sure that it's not a fueling issues

Here's something though. Car ran pretty decent, I disconnected the battery and removed the crank pulley and replaced that seal, put the car back together and now this? I'm confused I guess

    Edit:
The parts store is about 35 miles away. So if I leave now I'll get there on time. I'll see if I can borrow a car to run there possibly

Could be a coincidence. I would also go back and check the CPS as well as the wiring and maker sure that it's not broken or cut. N Najee sure the. HB is on straight and that it's not warped

Okie dokie. I'll check the sensor while my grandpa is looking for an adapter to fit the guage to the fuel rail.

Meanwhile, here is a picture of the sensor. Can I check to see if the HB is warped with the car off?

thats the plug, the sensor is behind the balancer.

correct sir. maybe replace it for the hell of it, or maybe its just full of oil from the leak and it needs to be cleaned off. hard to say.

I felt inside of it and it didn't feel wet, and when I had the balancer off the sensor/the plastic piece inside that the balancer rings sit inside were dry

hard to say, that sensor does control the spark.

so if its got fuel pressure 40 plus psi key to run, and holds over 40 when its running the pressure is good. any less is a problem.
