I changed my fuel injector o-rings w/ fel-pro, mainly b/c I need to change my valve cover gaskets. When I finished tightening everything down, I re-installed gas cap, fuel pump fuse, & negative battery cable. Turn ignition to ON, & gas shoots out of top of injector #1 where it enters the rail. Shoots like a drinking fountain with your thumb over it.

    What did I break?

    Advice. is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

pop the rail and injectors back out, the o ring is out of place i bet.

you want to lube the o rings with some oil then slide then in the holes.

All the repair instructions say to buy extra o-rings, so I did & it's a good thing. The top injector o-ring had a good nick in it so it was just spitting gas onto engine.

    Thanks Scotty!
