I would like to get a 3.5 Pulley. The 3.4 just seems to much ATM.

I have a CAI, and a DHP pcm.

    I am going to get:

    U-Bend Delete
    180 T-stat (from auto store)
    Auto Lite 104 Plugs
    3.5 Modular Pulley system
    Belt #658

In total im prolly looking at somewhere around 220 shipped.
Also I will need to get the parts installed... Thats going to cost some $. Ill get a friend to install the plugs. U-bend install should be under $100. Pulley and belt installed hopefull I can do myself, although I am worried I will ruin the orig pulley when installed the new one.

Think this is a good setup?

skip the u-bend delete and get a 3" downpipe instead. that will take care of the u-bend and give you some more breathing ability on the exhaust side. just the u-bend is kind of pointless if you plan on going any farther with the car than just the 3.5/3.4.

id say with a downpipe and a plog (from zzp) you can run a 3.4 just fine. youll need a tune to run it right though.

yeah ditch the ubend delete and find a used downpipe.
you'll still most likely have KR with either pulley, but still run the 3.5 anyways.

Ill go with the DP but man its going to be $$...

After this is all said and done, what kind of power increase am I looking at?

if you consider how much you pay for a ubend piece and a shop to do the welding its about the same cost... as just goin with some catless 3" bolt-in.

with a basic 3.4 setup youre looking at maybe 20hp increase over stock at best, but youre going to feel it for sure. it will feel like a whole new animal with just that, trust me.

downpipe for sure man. used ones are going pretty cheap and you could put it on yourself unlike a ubend delete

if anything save up for some ebay headers, autocrome i think??? that way you will never have to touch that part of the exhaust again. headers made a world of difference on my car
