    Cant get a straight answer anywhere. Where do i find a new snout gasket? Can i just use black rtv? Thanks

    Snout has no gasket. Gotta use sealant on it .

    its Anaerobic Gasket Maker

    high heat black rtv will also work. its what i used 3 years ago, no leaks. just use a very thin smear.

    parts store carry the sealant.

    dealer for the sc oil. you may have to hit a buick dealer if they dont have it at chevy. i had too.

    I have the sealant already. If i strike out at gm dealers think a ford dealer woould have it?

    buy a green one off e bay search eaton m90. all sorts of parts come up. i got a green one off e bay that cost 21 shipped, its 3 years old and not clicking.

    or zzp's green 40 dollar coupler.

    your all set then. i used a spray bottle, stuck the straw in the snout, and sprayed the oil out into the bottle from the sprayer.

    then laid rags down on the lim, and the front of the lim to cover the timing cover area. cause some will spill out when you pull the snout off. mopped that up, then sprayed it down with brake cleaner.

    same with inside the snout, and the gears. spray it all down. i used a full can of brake cleaner.

    oh, most importation, wear latex gloves, i wear 2 or 3 pairs at a time. cause they always seem to rip. that oil stink will stay with you all day and night, even after a good hand wash and a shower.

    Aint that the truth. When i bought the motor the sc woulda been an extra $220. Already had an sc so i pulled tje guts on the motors original m90 and they gave me the case as an upper intake lol. I damn near puked
