Put a 97 regal motor sc'ed in my 98 gtp everything together jus stuck on how to run the vacuum hoses bein the regal motor has the extra two ports on the blower. What changes need to be made to make this work? A diagram or picture or any help would be appriciated.

Ok we have the fuel pressure regulator line ran straight to the supercharger bypass solinoid and the two ports on front of the blower capped off. Any issue with this, also the alt bracket was changed and motor no longer has evap switch.

that works, so more like a 98+ set up now.

TB is fine. you just need to cap off the fat vac line port on the TB that went to the evap.
