Fair enough... mine is a dd so thats why im worried about the damn thing
Also I have no idea how to replace engine mounts ... it spikes to like 10 when I initially start moving not sure why probably bad mounts lime you say
Don't worry lol it's not the end of the road.
Mine will return to a DD once a finish a few things, and reregis it etc probably be back on road next year.
It's simple. Jack, jack stands, piece of 4x4 and most importantly beer.
There's a write up in the how to section ill link it later for you if you don't find it.
Im going to swap the dogbone circular mounts to poly and ive already rotated the others ill see if that makes a difference its way to damn cold right now to spend over an hour outside
Plog and dp going in next weekend so we will see if the cat was clogged
Understandable. I would still get poly for the strut mounts..makes a huge difference. Flipping them is free but poly still made more of a difference. The poly dogbone mounts aren't necessary. The rubber ones are fine and guys tend to have issues with noise and vibrations with them not to mention getting them in.
Oh and flip your sway bar when you do the downpipe. Gives more room between the downpipe and the sway bar so that it doesn't touch each other and cause false knock.
Keep in mind man I am an amateur at this lol never done a dp never done a sway bar im sure I can figure it out but its way ti cold lol
