    2002 Trans Am- 6 speed, bolt ons or something, it's slow.
    2006 Silverado- forged ls2, 4l80e, plate kit, also slow...

    Full exhaust meaning headers?
    98 GTP modded 1.9's, sd headers, 3.4", zzp 1.0 230K miles scrapped.
    04 Comp G zzp stb's, UMI ta's, Speedbuilt sways, bully flo heads, XP, zzp headers, fsic, thrasher shift kit, 60#, 2.6" corsa 2.5", Inferno hood

    10-15 but headers should be your first mod
    87 buick gn-fmic, 3200 stall, meth injection, gt35r/76ptrim at 24psi, 204/214 cam, 60lb injectors (at 95%dc)

    The other posters hit the nail on the head - you'll gain a few HP, not enough to be really noticed by your butt meter.

    But exhaust work is a prerequisite for a pulley drop to the 3.5 range, which will net you 25-30 HP. And that is noticeable.

    ^ that. Exhaust works (headers) just gets you to the point where you can pulley drop safely which you'll notice the power increase more then a full exhaust would.
