Went for in car tune yesterday in my 05 at wot between 1-2 car seemed to not want to shift and was bouncing off rev limiter got 18 afr super lean now in second and third at wot car would jump str8 to 16-17 but drives normal under normal conditions ie 14.7-15 afr could it be that my fuel pump suction line might be pinching or closing under high demand of fuel? Anyone ever experience this ? Today car drives great in first and 2nd

Rev limiter cuts fuel injectors, will show very lean on the wideband. Fix what's required for the vehicle to not hit the limiter for starters.

doesnt miss at idle whats funny is it worked fine all day yesterday i guess it went away but what i notice when i shut the car off when the problem is occuring i notice that when i shut the car off it kind of sputters for a split second im wondering could this be a sign of my pcm going bad ? and my rev limiter is at 6200 shift point with an xp cam with 105 springs and retainers remember its an 05 so not sure if electronic throttle body has anything to do with it and its on a lq4 maf

Clearly you must be scanning right??, view both scans see what's different.

Maybe veiw stuff on a scanner to see WHY it's doing that. Like injectors duty cycle for whatever.

Check fuel pupm pressure, maybe it's dying.

The car is smart enough to know what to do with 20+ temp swings, thats not your problem here. It can pulling timing based on ECT and intake temps aswell as adjust fuel.

so my car completely died out on me yesterday the fuel rail isnt getting pressure and the pump is priming im thinking the corrugated rubber hose on my aftermarket fuel pump popped off for the third time i have no clue why the hell this keeps happening it was double clamped im running the zzp 35lph pump could it be flowing to hard? waht might be the reasons im going to try and put the plastic hose on instead hope this helps
