Hey guys I have a Gen V and the swap is goin on soon and eventually I would like to drop down pulleys but I can't take the stock pulley off because of this:
Any suggestions? Could I take it to a machine shop? I was told the pulley puller bolt have broken on the stock pulley and its stripped and stuck on it..

Take it to your local machine shop.
They should be able to tig weld to the bolt and remove it. We do the same kind of things everyday.
Don't try and drill it, it looks like someone has broken an eazout off in there already.

When my 8mm snapped off I drilled a small hole dead center, pounded in a small finishing nail and used a pliers to twist it out.
I had used anti-seize so it came out super easy.
Somebody botched the hell out of that!

If you try drilling that your gonna go through a bunch of bits. If you don't destroy the shaft trying.
Eazeouts are Very hard and you'll probably never drill through it.

Cheapest option = buy a used gen v snout
Or take it to a machine shop
I wouldn't do anything to it before you make it worse and end up being more expensive to fix.

If you lived closer I could do it for you, but any skilled tig welder shouldn't have a problem getting it out. Might cost $20-30 bucks.

You could take it to a shop and they should be able to press the pulley off.

I needed to get my MPS hub pressed on a bit more since my pulley puller decides to crap out on me and had the shop press it on further when I had my AC work done. Shouldn't cost to much since you have the SC off already.

if its a really cheap ez out you can usually shatter it with a good quality punch with a sharpened edge,
at work I have special drill bits for drilling ez outs but they cost 70$ a piece

yeah that will pull it off but how will he get the new hub on? Unless im missing something that center hole needs to be open to press on the hub.

Yep, he has to get the bolt out.
A 3jaw will normally compress the threads at the end of the shaft so that's not a good idea even if it didn't have a bolt broke off in it.
