    Synthetic 5w30 or 5w20 or 0w20.

I tried all three, because that's what I had on the shelf. Never ran it long term, changed it every second oil change. Only ran it for a year or so I can't speak for the long term compatibility with the seals. Though, the seals are known to fail with regular supercharger oil, so I'd blame wear and tear before the oil.

There is a GM memo about the old M62, saying Mobil 5W30 synthetic in the summer only if you're in a northern state, and all year 'round in the lower states.

If you look up what the viscosity of the Nye lubricants supercharger fluid is, it's around an ISO 32 gear oil, which is close to a 0W20 engine oil.
