No change in kr and took it for one rip. Car was no faster with the 3.4 & blower actually whines less. All i did to the blower was create a triangle instead of the stock arrow. I know it needs a tune but timing, little bit of kr didnt change from the stock pulley. I used a zzp mps, stock belt and zzp larger tensioner pulley.

Thought i would instantly feel and hear a difference even untuned.

Prolly won't be a huge difference until you're making alot of boost/power. I have same setup, and my timing increased and maybe lowered some KR, nothing big tho.. Just a ported blower.

Ok that's an issue. You should feel some gains from the pulley drop. I did the same and my car screamed.

The highway onramp by my place has two markers on it. I can gauge improvements exactly if my speed increases. I run from 45-100mph and i swear the car was 1 mph faster with the stock pulley and blower.

Here is my car vs Brandons car last year
His mods at this time were SD headers, 3.5 pulley and a tune. My mods were Stock Manifolds, Stock Pulley, Stock Tune, ported blower

And here is my car After my new mods
His mods were the same, mine were 3.4 SD headers, STOCK TUNE, ported blower, ported LIM

I wonder if the sc is the problem? I did notice with the mps install that the stock fitting on the end no longer goes on. I think zzp gave me a plastic plug to push into the end of the shaft. I dont think i over ported at all either. I also changed the fluid. Car doesnt feel as peppy and i have trouble making boost on the aeroforce unless i am heavy on the peddle.

Thats my blower.... And you have to use the plug in the end or you will leak SC oil...

Is 8 psi or so too low for my mods on a 3.4? I used the larger zzp tensioner pulley. I think i had a little more psi before the pulley amd port job. Bloody hell

Stock I made 8 PSI... With headers and 3.4, and adding a port matched LIM, I now make 10 PSI at about the same shift point

Your BBV is having problems, your belt is slipping, vacuum leak, or you have a high KR condition.

Yea I'm making 8psi and flashing almost 9 once in awhile on stock pulley and manifolds.
I agree with the previous statements about the BBV or belt slippage.
Rap the throttle from under the hood to see if the vacuum valve is functioning.
Go to oreillys and get you a smaller gates belt.

Not sure about the belt slip part. I have an oversized tensioner pulley that keeps the belt pretty tight. Maybe it doesnt work as zzp advertises? I can see the bbv working.

According to the aeroforce map reading is -19.3 so i assume no vacuum leaks? Idling at 770 rpm. For the first time i am noticing a misfire on the aeroforce. Mostly cylinder 6 but have seen 3 do it once. I see misfire on 6 when in park revving.

Plug wires 1-3-5 show resistance of 250, 690, 670... shortest to longest aswell. Cylinder 3 a bit high?
