The car is idling high, around 1500 rpm. I have no vac leaks, when I scan it, the tps sits at 2 or 5 %, if I disconnect the tps, the rpm normalizes.

Next I do that procedure to adjust the tps: turn ign off, press gas to bottom, turn ign on, etc and it gets corrected to 0% and the idle rpm normalizes.

The problem is that the issue comes back after a while or the next day until I adjust it again.

I'm wondering it it's caused by the tps or something else.

It's also not throwing any ses codes.

May have gone south. I've seen it.. Check for proper throttle operation and that the cables aren't holding the TB open. Then I'd swap that baby out.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

    Look at the voltage.

if its above 0.40 V at idle and much above 4.0 at WOT then its probably dieing.

You could just drill out the holes and realign till it falls within those ranges though.

Range being above 4V at WOT and below 0.40 V at idle.
