To keep from cluttering up the forum I'll just put both my cars in one thread.

First up is my 00 GTP, I installed a set of Harland sharp 1.9's, Crow 105's, and retainers I thought to be modded but look like stock.
The only problem I'm curious about is now it has a Very light rattling sound from the rockers now. More from the front than the rear. Is this normal?
Btw, it made NO noise before the swap.

Next is a 00 GTP we bought my wife friday. It does have some powersteering issues, trans seems to try and slip only when downshifting from OD, and has a couple electrical gremlins.

For ur second car the KR could be false KR from bad motor mounts or something simple like that

Well I was thinking the same, so I bought the buick regal trans mount and I have a motor mount on its way today.
The doggones are stock but tight and in good shape. I'll report back after I get the mount swapped.
I've also got a BAD vibration in the passenger side wheel assembly under acceleration and when turning right.
Changed the axle and that helped and I'm going to change the hub today.

    Thanks.

Still haven't figured out my rocker noise.

But on my wife's car I got the motor mount and hub changed today, it helped but I still have other problems.
I'm thinking it's the wires, but at a High load it stutters badly. Not the trans because I can hear and feel it if I'm sitting still holding the brakes in drive with my foot on the floor. The previous owner just drove the wheels off of it and the ONLY thing they did to it was changed the oil. Trans fluid is Brown, has a noise in the supercharger or upper intake I've never heard, If I can figure out how to load videos on Tapatalk I'll load the noise so maybe yall might be able to tell me what I hope isn't wrong. Lol (rotor bearings)
it needs a LOT of TLC.
but I bought it for $900 couldn't pass it up. Its what she wanted so I'm having to get it back to reliable transportation for her.
    Here's a couple pics.

Deleted the cat, still had the stutter.
Replaced the wires with some Taylors and all of my problems are solved!

My rattling noise is just about gone, I guess my engine just had to adjust to the new 1.9's. I'm getting KR spike though, but only as I step on the throttle right as it begins to downshift I get a 3.5-5° spike then it goes away. For the life of me I can't figure out what might be causing that!

Well I SCORED on the Bay yesterday, got a new set of SD headers for $162 Shipped! I guess the wife's car is getting a set of headers now. Lol

A new problem arose last night though.
When she was coming home from work her DIC was flashing 00. Has anyone ever saw this??

Well I put the headers on her car today and after two bolts being broken off in the head I got them installed along with a 1.9 rockers, 105#springs, CAI, and a DHP pcm and I'm still showing KR and can't seem to figure out why....
Only 1-2° but that's to much for me.
    Anybody have any ideas??
Here are the headers. Don't look like sd headers but that's what the guy said they were. Didn't have to bend AC lines, trans tube, flip the sway, take the shield off the fan, nothing! They fit perfectly.
Anybody know exactly what they are?

I seen those on eBay. I'm guessing based if Sd design the only thug that looks different is the piping. She fit just like SD would though so I wouldn't worry about it to much.
Squirrels are my engine. I need a Ford Regal

I'm not necessarily worried about it.
Just curious what brand they are.
They fit a LOT better than the SD's that I put on my car. I didn't have to modify anything or change the flex.
Maybe there an earlier version that the guy just never used.
Y'all have any idea why I'm still creating that much KR?

On your rocker noise. Which locks did you use and do you think they were zzp retainers? Skip that idea, you have roller rockers.

Pull the VC and look for missing pedestals. Holler if you are missing one. I think I still have the bag of them.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.
