    16 hours of Pontiac excitement!
Rust and a pos transmission took its toll on my 97 GTP
I picked up another 97 GTP. I was going to pull the tranny out of it. Well it turned out to be in better shape than mine minus a locked up engine and no sunroof. I can live with out a sunroof if i get to keep my rockers. So plans have changed and I just swapped engines. Going to transfer the springs, front seats, and exhaust too.
thumbs up to BillBoost37 great write up on the engine pull.
No broken or lost bolts. No blood was drawn. No SES light. No problems.
It started right up first try. Drove it around the parking lot.
