I know the code has to do w/ low pressure in the fuel tank, also that the sensor is located on the fuel pump. My car will run and drive fine (so far, bought it used and have traveled about 300 miles with it). My question is, if I have this code, but haven't had a stall, can I simply replace the sensor on the fuel pump, rather than changing the whole pump? Also, since we're here, how difficult is it to check/change fuel lines, and whatever electric wiring components there are that go to and from the engine and this sensor thing? Thanks a ton for help!

Is more of a EVAP code, than a fuel pump code.

To my knowledge there is not sensor like this on the fuel pump itself. I think it has to do with a wiring problem with the evap system.

so, easy enough fix: replaced the fuel tank pressure sensor on the pump...no more check engine light!
