Has any one used E3 spark plugs on 04+ GTP

I picked up some E3 spark plugs and was wondering if anyone has used them and got any improvements on them. Also would these be safe to use on a almost stock 04 gtp com g?

People have and they cause more issue's in the long run.

Only the stock Ac delco 41-101 Iridium spark plugs should be used, unless otherwise modded and in need of different spark plugs.

Do not use them, i ran them or maybe 2 months and i had missfires on 4 cylinders, total crap. also what is "almost stock"?

because diamond shaped spark is better than straight spark.
