Hey, well im here again but now its something else =[ well my left turn signal turns on but my other one on the right wont turn on
also my headlights wont turn on either and when i press the horn it doesnt honk but instead have my 2 turn signal lights inside the instrument cluster turn on. oh and also when i turn the turn signal on both turn signals light up in the instrument cluster.

You likely didn't get responses because you didn't provide much information. Let's change that.

Have you had other electrical problems in the past?
Do you drive a car? If so.. what is it.. year/model please.
Was your car fine before an accident or did this suddenly happen?
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

Check your grounds mainly from battery to the body.

bad grounds to the engine, theres 2 grounds on the bell housing of the trans. or bad ignition harness are my votes.

alas I to think it is my igniton harness.
and its a 99 gtp and i changed the crank pos and harmonic balancer and it never did this before i did that
Today i drove it and the fans wouldnt even come on and i had to let the car cool off before i could restart it.
    Whats a pain......
Does the ignition switch/harness control the fans as well?

check the grounds on the trans bell housing first, make sure theres 3 ground wires all attached still and they are tight. and the battery cables to the battery are clean and tight.

if all that looks good, the ignition harness makes all sorts of stuff not work, a/c / heat fan is one of them. head lights, and so on.

they aren't cheap so a used one from a part out maybe a good idea. they are not to bad to change either, looks and sounds worse then it really is.
