So this is a problem i've had for a year now since i dropped my motor in after a complete rebuild. On the backside near the firewall i have a bracket that i can't for the life of me figure out where it is supposed to be mounted to the engine itself at. This bracket holds the EVAP switch and the MAP sensor but what i've noticed is that with this is it seems to be only a 97 thing and was just wondering if someone was able to help me with find where this is supposed to be mounted at that way its not just chillin on the back side any longer. 97 GTP Coupe 3.8 SC

There should be two bolts holding the bracket to the base of the blower. There are two threaded holes in the blower itself.

Also, Nebraska has a Pontiac club, we have mod days, meets, etc. if you would be interested. The website is NLMPontiac.com or find "NLMPontiac" on facebook.
