Are you sure you got all of the bolts out? Long one that goes through the snout? I didn't have any problems removing mine, but apparently there is at least one bolt that many people miss.

are you sure you have all of them ?

There's one that's by the EGR bracket people miss sometimes. If you're 100% sure everything is unbolted use some force to get that sucker off. Sometimes they're stuck on pretty good.

I thought we had a write up on how to do all that, but it appears that we do not. That said, any how to on installing a cam, replacing the LIM gaskets and so forth will have all the info you need.

But, Indeed is correct there is one bolt that everyone seems to miss but I cannot remember which it is, but I would suspect as well the one in the snout.

You should be able to get it off without any trouble. I know this because I had to pull my snout off to replace the coupler a couple of years ago, so I know you can separate the snout from the rest of the blower. Looking at the blower from the passenger side on the left side of the snout is a bolt that holds that down and its the only one there.

I didn't go look, but you don't have to take anything else off. Just look for a bolt or two going through the snout base into the LIM vertically like the rest you removed. As mentioned above look for the one next to the EGR as well.

    9" k&n Cone - N* - DOHCZ34 Ported Gen V - ported LIM - XP cam - 90# springs - 3.3 mps -Wraped pacesetter headers - Fuel rewire - waiting on new IC's!

IIRC, most of them are, but the one that goes near the EGR looks different and is longer as well, because that's what the EGR heat shield mounts to.

btw if you are sure you have all of the bolts out, and it still won't budge, try spraying some brake cleaner around the gasket area and let it soak in for a while. I think I may have used WD-40, but you get the idea. Tapping a plastic putty knife or scraper under the supercharger housing may help get you started. Of course you are probably finished by now.

I have a pulley that I think is out. Its just below and to the left of the front belt tension (super charger belt). And it is not grooved for a belt but is smooth. It has no bolt on the front, looks like a star head bolt. Not sure what it is. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
