I have a 04 comp with a xpz cam and all the supporting mods. This is a returnless fuel system. I am running at 60lbs pressure at idle to moderate excelleration. My question is under wot how low can my fuel rail pressure drop to wth 60lb injectors befor I run into a problem and have to maybe add another fuel pump or booster?

That is a tough question. In theory you want pressure to stay equal at the rpm and not drop off.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

I have a wideband 02 in my car plus my aeroforce. so i can scan just about anything I should need to look at. The car does not spudder or miss when the line pressure drops to somewhere around 55lbs. From what I read these 04s with the returnless systems have the voltage regulator for the fuel pump on the fuel pump. So they are really tough to upgrade unless one has the same size and same body style of fuel pump so it can just attach just like the stock pump. My son has a 01 stang that he turboed it also has a returnless fuel system as well. he just added a boost a pump and hasn't had any issues with dropping pressure. I'm wondering if any of the 04 fellows have tried any fuel pump upgrades? maybe I will try another post and see what happens.
