so today i replaced my power steering pump and got everything back together first time with no problemsand didnt end up with any magical parts that didnt have a home. but i started it up to put more anti freeze in and let it idle for ten minutes or so and it ran fine so i put the tire on and let it off the jack and got it and started to drive. i was a block or so from my house and turned the corner and no problems. as i come to a stop sign my rpms went down to 500 or so and then back up to 1500 and fluttered for 10 or 15 seconds. i proceeded down the road and come to the next stop sign and it just died.so i started it up and it was fluttering again but didnt stop. so i brought it back home and it ran fine at the only stop sign on my way home. i pulled in the garage and it died and now the way it will stay running is if the throttle is held down. any ideas?

sounds like the evap. its on the right rear of a sc'ed motor, and the map is to the left, standing at the bumper looking over the blower.
