I tried buying headers for my 97 GTP from Speed Daddy's and SSAC, I purchased and paid for headers at both these companies which where supposed to be in stock. Both companies are surprisingly run unprofessionally, so now waiting for refunds on both sets since they aren't in stock at either company now after payments. Does anyone know of any company that is actually stocking the same headers? Much appreciate any input of vendors

I am currently in a ongoing dispute with ssac... Emailed and asked if they were in stock, was told yes, and promised delivery within one week. I ordered a set. Never got shipping info, or confirmation, they never responded to anymore emails. I made a claim on my card and got the money refunded. A month and a half later a large box from china is sitting on my porch... Then they email wanting me to ship them the headers back! As of now it is in banks hands... Save yourself the headache and wait until they are in stock on eBay, then buy speed daddy's, you will get them shipping from California and within a reasonable amount of time.

Or get pacesetters if you can afford to have some of it partially welded to avoid leaks. I'm just glad I decided to keep the SD I have that are setting in my garage. Hearing way to many horror stories as of lately.

That's the thing, I ask each company before I buy and they say yup we have them in stock ready to go and so far both companies Speed Daddy and SSAC lied to me, now had to go through PayPal to retrieve my money back since they don't like responding or following through on refunding me. Out near $600 including shipping for both sets, could of just bought over prices ones for that lol

I can weld them up myself if it came to that, isn't pacesetter just made out of mild steel? I was looking for stainless or at least ceramic coated.
Want to sell me you SD headers? I will buy them for above price that SD sells them for

I got some pre-welded armor coated Pacesetter headers for $100 or $150. No issues with leaks.

Thanks to that special ex-GP owner.

That's weird I just bought a set of speed daddy's off ebay they were at my door in a few days of ordering.. I wanna say around xmas/new year so I guess it's been a few months but still.

I've had both brands but you can't ahold of anyone at ssac at least back when I bought the speed daddy's

I know it's sad that a guy has to do that to get what he pays for, I have a tracking # so that gives me piece of mind lol
As I will definitely get some pics up with install, just debating what car to put them in. I found a nice 2000 GTP Daytona 500 with 67000km
