I had a idler pulley for the supercharger break and the belt shredded and wrapped all around the supercharger pulley. I thought it messed up the snout seal. So I replaced the idler pulley and the snout seal and put fresh oil in it. Took it for a drive and when I got back it had threw oil all over again. My question is could I have messed the seal up when I installed it or did teh belt that got wrapped around the supercharger pulley maybe bent the shaft a little and that is tearing up the seal. Also if I decide I need to replace the snout wheres the best place to get it. Thanks for you time and input.

I used a socket but maybe didn't do it right. Is there a link on how to install it and make sure it's right. What should I do and buy a new seal

It tore up the old seal when the belt got tangled in behind the supercharger pulley. That's why I replaced it.

Should I replace the coupler while I'm doing this stuff or if everything feels tight leave it alone.

I'd leave it alone if it's fine.
