Okay so i have a wizaired CAI, SD Headers on right now. When i drop my pulley to 3.6 i am also going to Autolight 104's, 180* t stat, and new plug wires. Should this be an okay setup for a 3.6 pulley without seeing much knock? I will scan it after i do it just to be sure but i thought before i actually do it i would just check on here. Also i know it will perform better with a good tune on it but is it crucial with this setup?

Does your scanner tell you that you have knock?
EVERY CAR performs better with a tune.
A tune isn't "required" with a 3.6, but it would be a good idea to check for knock before making that determination.

Keep in mind 04+ see more false kr than the previous gen.

Get a scanner and check. Your injectors will probably be close to maxed out as well.

Stock injectors close to maxed on a simple 3.4/3.6 drop?

    What are you smoking?

    I see 70-75 duty cycle on my 3.6 running a 11.1-11.2 AFR.

The fuel system on your 2000 will flow more fuel than that of an 04 GTP. I have scans with 106% DC from my 04 on the stock pulley.

    I appreciate the insult.

You will most likely see some knock. I would definitely recommend a tune... seems like you're taking the appropriate steps to not efff your ride up good job there.

I'm sure you will see some knock in places but doubt it will be any worse then stock...best will be to have it tuned to get the most bang for your buck!
