there is a connection at the sensor itself. i would disconnect it there
That's the only one I'm aware of. But...a motor pull shouldn't require the rear O2 to be disconnected. Only the front on a stock manifold.
Geez, I should have realized both of those things. Kickin' myself for all the time I spent under there, SURE there was a connector and I just couldn't see it because everything is so tight under there. Time to get on with the bolts, then, I guess.

If you search the word "eas y" without spaces and my screen name, you'll find a write up for pulling the engine/trans or whatever most of the time.
I've put things in the best order and easiest ways that I know of, typically with the tools you need listed right there too.
How's that for treating the new guy well?
