Start with what you were thinking.
how thorough do you want to be, cus you could easily get carried away.

start the list, I'm sure everybody will add to it. plugs, wires, oil and filter, pcv valve, tranny fluid and filter, coolant flush,TB and MAF clean. I always treat my door gaskets before this time of year so my doors wont freeze shut and lube hinges ya know simple stuff.

103,500. the tranny was just serviced in sept and the coolent was flushed to get rid of the dex coolent and new 180 thermostat in july, and i sprayed the air intake piping with the air intake cleaner once i put in the CAI, i didnt want to spray in the maf though. the cars cold stored in a garage during winter, so i figured spraying all the seals with rubber care was smart.

I wouldn't have thought about the PCV Valve, i know where it is though its out in the open.

I also never thought about taking off the throttle and sprying out the crap, i just hate to **** around with it, drive by wire crap.

    super easy doing the TB
once you take off the intake to it theres 4 bolts and the harness.
just be careful of the reusable gasket.

i put the CAI in sept and didnt touch anything else, haven't been under the hood for anything else since, ill get bored and take it off to clean though in the spring. since it'll sit for a few months i might drop the pan and clean it off with varsol and put a new seal on. to most it would seem pointless but im extremely anal

Oil pan ? Sort of a pain in the ass and you'll need a engine hoist. TB doesn't have a gasket either its super easy to remove and clean 4 10mm bolts and your set.

1)First dump a bottle of seafoam into a full tank of gas. Then take another bottle and poor half into your oil, take the other half and while the cars running have someone sit in the drivers seat to keep the car from stalling and pop the hose coming from the intake to the brake booster and slowly poor the other half of the bottle into the hose to keep it form stalling, once you have 1/8-1/4 of the bottle left poor it in quickly to stall the car(if it doesnt stall immediatly have the person shut off the car.Wait 20 minutes then start the car. Dont be alarmed there is going to be ALOT of smoke coming from your exhaust its ok. Rev the car up until your exhaust gets clear again.
    2) Now that you have seafoamed it and cleaned all those crappy valves and intake drive the vehicle 50-100 miles (no more)to let the seafoam in your crank flush it even more.
3)Oil and oil filter, and obv air filter
    4)Plugs and wires
5)Pcv valve and clean up all that ****ty carbon in your throttle body and if you have a sc change that oil aswell.
6)Tranny fluid dexron 6 if it hasnt been done and new filter
7)Fuel filter and me personally take my injectors off and clean them (i made my own tool with a old injector plug from the jy and wired it to a toggle switch and a wall plug) then used a 5 cc syringe and capped it to the end of injector with a can of carb cleaner going into the end of syringe slowly sprayed carb cleaner into injector while turning injector on and off.
    8) power steering and brake fluid flush and refil (often overlooked)
    9) possibly o2 sensors and coils (clean your icm atleast, the little plate under your coils)

Now you said you changed your coolant to green. Well you might have your lim going soon so ide tackle that befor it gets bad to gms aluminium one and change your water pump, rad hoses, coolant elbows, head gaskets, plenum gasket, ect. while your at it.

Like said you can get carried away like i do cus im a perfectionist and want my car running its absolute best. Also just to be safe ide lift her up check your bearings, bushings, tierods, swaybar links ect.

Well that all i can think off lol

You take off the maf and only clean it with maf cleaner

I agree with most except water pump, rad hose, head gaskets don't need to changed especially the head gaskets your adding a lot more work and how often does someone blow a head gasket on this platform...rarely happens. Water pumps easy enough to change if yours decides to take a dump down the road. Only the rad hose is leaking leave it.
