We have a 1995 bonneville with 255+ on the dash. First of 3 3800s in the family and the first to go under the knife. Obviously alot is going to be done to it to make sure it will handle the build up but what all can you suggest we do to make this the ULTIMATE sleeper at the track? No stone will be left un turned and no avenue will not be ventured down. I'm talking gen 5 swap, trans build, mill work on the heads, pcm tune, everything. What all can you suggest we do? What all shouldn't we do?

You'll spend just as much on an sc build as will on a turbo set up. But you'll be able to get my out of the turbo.

twincharge is turboing the car then blowing into the supercharger hence "twin" or compounding boost, for simplicity reasons just go turbo if your going that far.

It might be easier to tune if you switch it to obd2

Its a late 95 so its already obd2, the port has no power so i have to get that working as well. Probably something simple like a fuse.

To twincharge instead of using the blower block off plate you leave the rotor pack in. It's best to intercool the turbo and the supercharger on a twin setup.

Completely missed this post lol. For now the power goal is max without getting into the bottom end. The bottom end will eventually get taken care of but the car being as old as it is, i don't want to dump tons of money into the motor and not be able to do anything if the car splits in half lol. As far as time line it's not anything that has to be done right away, it's purely a project car so can sit for however long it needs to. Money isn't too much of an issue, my dad wants to know total cost or rough estimate but i told him it all depends on what we do. So i guess if we were to start buying things one at a time than that would be ok until we got everything going. The starting point for this project was this video on youtube:

Obviously the amount of exhaust noise is from a cutout which is fine, but we want the noise and the go power to boot. Pulling up to the line at the local drag strip with a 95 bonneville and opening the cutout to see everyone go wtf? is what we are after. Straight line killer, no track day star or half dd half play toy, full on speed demon lol

the 95 bonne's need to be flashed using tunercats, which will require socketing the ecu and running chip burner on it. Its sorta a pain but doable.

The 60e scares me... They are pretty weak compared to a 65e and there is really no "built" option.

For now the power goal is max without getting into the bottom end
Then turbo it.. the bottom end is good for around 600whp. You wont get half the way there on a blower setup.

Who would be able to do the flashing on the ecu? Could i use the 65e instead or is that just for late model? The transmission in the car now is the factory trans from 95, never been rebuilt so i know it'll blow with any serious power put to it.

if you went with a 65e you would have to swap the harness/ecu. You would have to buy a chip burner and socket the ecu to do any tuning work (not that you really need to do much).

woulndt you just be able to swap PCM and wiring harness along with built 4t65e from a later model?
as far as power goals. im always for a straight turbo setup and not for twincharging, at least not on an m90.

What motor does this 95 Bonnie have in it? If its NA then you get the first of the Series II L36 motors. Prime for turbo, but I wouldn't bother with a GenV build on one that old. L32 swap into it and be done.

If however its a SSEi, you don't get the goods. 96 was the first year for the Bonnies to get the SII L67, but 95 was stuck with the Series 1 L67 with the nasty M62 supercharger and multiple useless limited upgradable parts. Funny how they upgraded the NA motor, but kept the old "performance" one. Trust, still have my 94 sitting, there are very few mods without a complete motor swap. Again... best for a L32 swap and be done.
