lol wut.
I'd suggest better mounts if there is that much movement.

Lets see, 600+ degree headers rubbing the plastic fans, and the headers are damaged. That's some good plastic!
Mines been on a few weeks. I can feel the vibration though the body. Better mounts? Here's a shot right now for clearance just standing still..I mean were talking 1mm.
I called up got 2 - 14" Slim Fans. Only 2.5" vs the 4 or 5" factory. A whole $43 dollars.

How do your mounts look?
^^That.
I bet neither of you have either flipped the dog bones, replaced them with polys, OR checked the condition of the lower motor/trans mounts.
If you have, then I suggest trying to shove that header in the crossover better, because the only issue I've ever had with any set was when I had to give some Imp SS AC lines some love to clearance the front header, fans were not in the way whatsoever.
I tried JB weld on a manifold once... That was the worst three hour drive of my life. that crap smells terrible as it cooks. then of course the heater pulls the smell into the car... it fell off shortly after doing it... it didn't exspend/contract as well as the iron. I would NOT do JB weld...
just tig weld it back in. It can be done...Ask me how I know lol
His is a 2010. I've never had issues like that on any headers yet. Are your dogbones flipped?
I can stick almost if not my entire hand (not wrist) between the header and fan
