I deleted the EGR and had ZZP shut the codes off. I can see with my scanner that everything is set to complete but the EGR its stuck at incomplete. Did anyone else have this problem? I am about to leave for DE state inspection and am not looking forward to a fail.

    you finna fail.

however, my state you can have a couple of the tests incomplete and still pass without issue. you just cant have an SES light on.

i passed without an EGR, but i had the codes set appropriately (not like you have).

I passed with an egr, but set to never set any code. Like Bio said...seems like yours isn't set properly.

doesn't the "no report" setting set the check test to ready?

i haven't seen the screen of a tuner for a long time.

Yes it does. But EGR can also be set to the diagnostic at 284F which should also leave it ready.

In Texas you can only have one "not ready". I have an egr delete and high flow cat so I had two not readys. The cat codes are set to no report. The egr codes are set to report but not trip the MIL. I had to install an egr to get it to pass. Then re deleted the egr after the inspection.

03 GTP...Its got pulleys and stuff.

I passed! Now I'm sitting in the DMV and it smells like a nasty tacobell fart. I'm ordering LAGLESS plate today too.
