Ok, so I got the TRI-55x NGK plugs a while back(think thats what they are called), posted up on here that I was getting mad boost spit like no other. Would that be a symptom of large KR?

Those plugs are recommended for N/A cars not GTPs. Don't know the exact reason behind that but it says it on the zzp website, look there.

I'm running the TR55IX's on my car right now and getting no KR, but I'm also on a rich tune. Try a set of AL 104's (they're cheap) and see if your problem is cured.

TR55IX's is what I'm running and am have no problems with them. When I had spitting under hard acceleration(with boost)found out it was a coil pack going bad.

HAve all your gaps right? They may have been a little to cold of a plug for your car right know.I'd hang on to them and after you get the mods done that's in your sig, you can try them again.

sounds like a good idea, only bad thing is I returned them... Actually a good thing, cause one of them was cracked in the Porcealin, so I got a brand new set of Delcos as an exchange, and actually just kept my old ones in cause they were still in really good shape... I will look into the NGK's again once I get some more mods done...

Yea, sounds good. I forgot that a few years back that I had gotten the wrong plugs for min and had it spitting. Amazing how something so simple can cause so much problem. Good luck with the mods.
