Thread: Where to find torx studs

The LIM has a few studs on it, I believe for mounting the fuel rails that have a torx head on them. Anyone know where I could find torx studs like that in different sizes? And what are they actually called.

The only thing I have been able to find even close to that is something called the Torx Plus Drive System and even then I could not find any sources to buy the things.

I want some in different sizes but am focused right now on M8 x 1.25 and I would like them to be all threaded, no stops or shoulders or anything like that. Just a straight torx stud with a torx type head on it, either male or female, either will work.

They do not have, or list what you are looking for, but I bet if you contact them, they might be able to get you some from one of their suppliers. They do exist, I have seen them.

"Torx stud" or "Torx headed stud" in what ever M_X pitch your wanting.
