What is the normal "key ON" fuel pressure for a 99 Pontiac GTP? The fuel pressure gauge I hooked up to the rail reads 40 psi after the 2 seconds of fuel pump priming.

Based on the AllData info, it would seem so.

I have the same info in my Haynes for that year, but I only have info for the L36. Stands to reason it's the same.

In real world, my 2004 will be about 54-56PSI in the key "ON" position (engine not running), but that's normal for my year I believe.
