Can a L67 computer be flashed to run a L36 engine with a top swap? also, would the exhaust manifolds match up if the L67 was swapped out for a L36?

No. You will need a Tune, nothing "flashed".

You want headers for a topswap.

Yes..a tuner can use the L67 computer to start tuning with... yes the manifolds are the same L67 to L36. However most have found that headers are a good way to combat KR from a top swap.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.
