Re: Injector problem
Sweet, thanks. I already started toying with the whole setup by the time I got the responses :D. I just initially wanted to make the injectors click & open & close out of the car just to see it work at the very beginning. I have a spare set of injectors & was bored. & to other dude... I made the comment to Rico more so to ask about the setup & while I was at it I figured wtf might as well ask about the spray pattern that was bothering me. Oh, no! :O Lol...

Re: Injector problem
Used one of those small 9v batteries to make the injectors click open. Dunno if that's enough voltage (consensus is apparently 12v) but it seemed to work very well. I was able to spray carb cleaner both ways thru them & let some soak on the inside for 5-10 mins in between on each 1 then finished it all off with compressed air to blow all the carb cleaner & hopefully mixed up crud out. Mpgs DEF greatly improved between the 2 sets of injectors: 1 ones from the engine swap that probably sat around a junk yard for some time vs. the original injectors set that came with the car. I was gauging about 22-23 city mpgs at night in some stop & go traffic in about 80* weather. Good stuff... LTFTs seems to have dropped & normalized as well. After the custom tune it was still >+5. Now it hovers around 0 with a little normal deviation each way. Perhaps 1 was clogged or not flowing right & the PCM was overcompensating w extra fuel on the others or something. Runs VERY well now. Thanks, guys.

9v is sufficient. Less will work as well.
