So! my l67 has the stone breather on the end of pulley nut. I noticed the pulley "weeping" around the nut. Its def supercharger oil but, if it was the snout seal wouldn't it leak out from behind the pulley? on the face of the snout? I have a slight drip that runs down every few hours from around the nut. Now thinking it could be the breather plug but man oh man I have no idea... the pulley was never removed before and the nut was never cracked... any ideas?

Have you drained and filled the SC lately? Ever? Likely it's just full enough that it's able to push a little oil with the pressure out the breather. I almost always smell oil when working near the pulley end of a charger.

Call it normal enough. And if you had the SC sitting in a position where the snout was aiming down at all.. it'll run right out that breather. I recently tested this theory.
