My vacuum goes from the Brake Booster to the top of the SC to the BCS, to a vacuum hose T, one end of the T goes into the LIM and the other end I shoved the MAP into and its zip tied to secure it. I didn't have a wire for the BARO sensor or the mounting plate for the MAP and BARO. Do I need the BARO?

U need to add wiring for the baro, you need to extend the wire for the map to tha back of the s/c (the map sensor use to be on the pass side) i use this kit from zzp that a buddy gave me for the connectors Easy Performance - L67 Swap Kit #EP-L36-L67SWAP. U need the BBV and a Baro for it work work.

How hard was it for you to add wires to the PCM harness? did you have to take it apart to the point all of the pins were exposed? I was able to get it that far but was wondering if it was necessary.

You can pop the plastic piece off the top and add pins pretty easy. I forget exactly how..but it's reasonably straight foward.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

Sounds easy enough to add the wire than. I have Morad sending me a hacked PCM connector to get pins from and the mounting bracket for the MAP and BARO. When I first started getting parts for the top swap I bought a GTP MAP and wont be using it as ZZP gave me a PCM that will work with a GT MAP.. can I use that GTP MAP as BARO sensor? I confirmed that the GTP BARO and MAP have the same part number but wasn't too sure if I needed a GT MAP/BARO sensor to use for the BARO?

Sorry if that's confusing to read

im getting the correct pin out for you right now. ill get the pin out for the Baro and the BBV
here is the pin out you will need. You will also need the connector the the Baro sensor, and the bbv sensor
When you pull the top cover off you will sell little numbers those are the pin out numbers.
IMPORTANT!!! before u re-cap the connector make sure i press down on all the pin to make sure nothing got pushed up!

Pin out for the Barometric presure sensor:
These wires will be going to the BLACK pcm connector:

    Gray/Black wire to Pin 24
    Black wire to Pin 20
    Gray to Pin 17

    Boost Bypass Solinoid:
These wires will be going to the GRAY pcm connector:

    Gray Wire to Pin 38
Pink wire to a igniton wire which would be another pink wire. You will have to undo some of the plastic condut to revel wires.

If anything is wrong guys please correct me.

On our 04+ GTP the Map and the baro sensor have the same partnumbers.
