Okay i wasnt planning on buying a catback system for a while because i know theres not a whole lot of purpose except sound and its hard to get a decent sound outta these anyays. so my thing is i have a friend possibly selling his stainless slp catback for like $300. But no matter how cheap it is i dont want it if it doesnt sound good. What are the thoughts on this exhaust?

I have the slp power flo kit on my car sounds pretty good, very little drone nothing the radio cant drown out. Fairly quiet when driving around and you can definitely hear it when you get on it

slps are nice, great sound, i second the power flo
if it gets to much for you, which it shouldn't you can just throw a resonator on there.

i had a powerflo on my last car. wasnt worth the price buying new. but for 300 it sounds worth it. you could always throw on s resonator or change mufflers.

I agree with the SLP Power Flow version....That the one that I run on my car and bought a 32" Dynomax 6" round muffler/resonator and welded it in. Made a world of difference in maintaining the original sound and cut all the drone out. To me it was a little loud without the resonator...but after it I love it and it has a nice sound.

I bought the powerflo cat back when I first got my car in 09. Loved it, had a little drone and rasp but very aggressive at idle. I put a magnaflow resonator on it and it hushed the rasp some and had a great tone especially when it was cammed.
