Change out the LIM and valve cover gasket/grommets while its out as well. May also consider replacing anything else that is suspect (rack, PS lines, etc.)

Would also suggest changing the rear seal while the engine is out - hard to change that once the engine is in and the 3.8 is known to develop an oil leak there at high mileage. Keep all your old parts, sensors, coils as spares. Good luck with the swap!
