    Depends on the cam as well as other factors...

    Low. But as Spade said it also depends on what's done. These cars still typically make more low end torque. They also typically make more torque than horsepower.
    2001 Regal GS, PLOG, 3" DP, 1.9's/L76 springs. 21* of timing on a 3.4"

    most of the dyno sheets ive looked at dont really have much of a curve. once the torque peaks it stays about the same for the duration.

    Bottom half of most dyno charts are useless because we have torque converters.
