    I have a 04 gtp For the last week we been having higher then normal weather in chicago and i noticed my temperature gauge been running real high not far from red like when it sits running for about 15 min or been driving a while and stopped at a light i've noticed the cooling fans are not running i turn on my ac the fans turn on and temp gauge tend to stay around normal all relays seem to be fine i also checked it with a tech 2 and commanded them on and they came on fine i actually had my lim gaskets changed last month and my water pump and t stat changed a month prior to that if anyone has any input on this issue its greatly appreciated
    3.8 supercharged hud screen four monitors crazy system yea its over kill so

    Maybe bleed the coolant one more time.

    Also, the stock settings are 214 and 226 for the fans.

    It is perfectly normal for the temp to rise when sitting still or in heavy traffic, as long as the climate control is not on. This is why my climate contol is always on (Florida), coolant temp. are more predictcable.
