I'm just wondering if anyone has used this for their gen 5 swap. they claim the pcv will function normally with this part and no machining necessary.

By the time a gen V is beneficial, a stock TB isn't worth using.
isnt that nipple on the zzp adapter plate?
The adapter plate nipple is for Evap. Aka post maf and post throttle blade.
I recently tapped mine in and IIRC it's post maf and before the throttle blade.
If you look at a stock L67 TB, you can follow the passage.

Sorry for my retardedness but does this cover us to run the gen 5
Well.. mostly.
You need the correct length bolts because 3 of the ones in a Gen V are longer than their Gen 3 counterparts.
You can run the stock Gen V evap and not need to use the nipple on the adapter if you have an L67/L36 TB
The gasket for Gen V to LIM
Opening up an L67 LIM for the larger opening of the Gen V
97/98 needs the newer alternator and it's bracket/tensioner
You'll want to think about a CAI, but I can confirm that the stock accordian tube and air box will fit with a Gen V and L67 with adapater plate. (I just did it, but don't recommend it)
I think that covers it.
thanks for the help. that answers all my questions. I did the wizaired cai and the ported tb, I also have a tb spacer. the lim came with the gen 5. and the car is a 99 so I think the alternator bracket will be ok.
Again, thanks for the help.
i just want to have everything worked out for the pcv issue and i was told tap a line into the l67 tb
